Whenever you have a lot of tasks to do, events or meetings to participate to and need to organize all of them, you may come up with a problem. A much better way of organizing your tasks is by using the MakaGiga application, a Windows program which allows you to keep track and organize any kind of event, in the easiest way possible. Thus, you won't miss any meeting or task ever again. After installing and running the application, the user will notice that there are a few sample tasks available in the interface, which can be freely modified, allowing the user to get more familiar with the program's functionality and features.

Adding a new task to the application can be done in an easy way, as the user just needs to type the summary and name of the task and then press Enter or click on the blue tick button from the interface. When a meeting or task is due, MakaGiga will automatically display a message on the desktop and can also generate a sound, announcing the user that the task is due. Thus, he will not miss any of them.

Besides adding tasks and meetings, MakaGiga also allows adding various multimedia elements, like images, website links, and plain text. This feature is useful when the user needs to remember a certain website address or add a quick note, like a phone number or address. All the data added to the program can be exported to a wide range of formats, like text, HTML, PNG and so on.
